I might say this a bit too often (in reviews and to friends, family and associates)... but it is getting harder and harder to find service companies or individuals that still exhibit the same work ethics I remember growing up with.
But it is such a pleasure when you do cross paths with one.
Dr Termites exhibited it in spades yesterday. I had already read several positive reviews about the company before I requested a service visit, so I was hopeful already. But, sadly, I am used to getting disappointed -- so I was ready for a letdown.
I was not let down. Dr Termites handled every step efficiently, professionally, honestly, and friendly.
The inspection happened a day after contact. Anthony came over and was thorough, and very positive in his inspection and updates. He was completely honest about a small issue -- wasting none of my time or energy on upsells or typical sale behaviors. He explained what he saw and what I needed... and I was so taken in by his honesty.
An offer was proposed minutes after his inspection... and I was pleased that it surpassed my expectations. Wait, what?? An ethical solution?? I'm so used to the "Malibu Premium" I've come to expect from craftspersons, it's almost shocking when I get an honest review and proposal.
Equally unusual, Anthony offered a completion of service by mid-afternoon! What??? A technician showed up within a few hours and my issue was handled. Samuel, the technician was equally responsive, professional, and friendly.
It is obvious why Dr Termites has such a stellar reputation.

11/09/2023 I used Dr. Terminte 2 years ago based on Yelp reviews. This company is fantastic! Explain everything, are easy to schedule with, are on time & they follow thru on their warranty service visits. When my 3 year warranty runs out I will most definitely re-up with them. Both Anthony and Oscar are amazing. So helpful, informative & trust worthy. A resounding 5 stars for this company!

8/13/2022 - Dr T, came out did a thorough inspection and gave me several options for termite treatment. I received 2 other bids from different companies . Dr T's was more comprehensive so I hired them . They quickly setup an appointment for treatment arrived on time and got down to business. I'm vary pleasured with them so far .
