My mom is up there in age. There was no way she could have her house tented at her age, so we had them spot treat the areas and treat the subterranean termites also. They showed up on time, ready to work. A very professional termite company. On time, very courteous and polite employees, always changing their shoe covers to protect our flooring. They took 4-1/4 hours to complete their services. They gave us a 3-year warranty for the services. We will most definitely be using them again if necessary. Anthony came out to my home and introduced himself, was very professional and had a smile, very welcoming. Anthony talked to me about my concerns, and we walked around the property and I pointed out where I saw some termite issues. Anthony let me know that he was going to do a full inspection of my home and after would let me know the best options to take to eradicate the termites. Anthony then went around outside of my home with a ladder and equipment and did a full inspection, and afterwards asked if I was comfortable with him doing an inspection of the inside. I agreed, and Anthony then did an inspection on the inside, answering any questions I had and/or concerns! Anthony then explained what process he thought would be best to move forward to get rid of termites and asked if I had questions or concerns, which he answered all my questions! Anthony then went out and wrote a brief report and gave me what I felt was a fair estimate, and we agreed to have service done in a week from today! I highly recommend this company and Anthony for being on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. Inspection was free, so that’s a big plus!
